JBR rear motor mounts are offered in 70, 80 and 88 durometers. The 70 durometer is perfect for the street. The 80 is also excellent for street use and tough enough for the Auto-X track and road course. The 88 is the stiffest mount we offer. It's commonly used on the street, for Auto-X and road course racing and it's all about business at the drag strip.

Our 70 and 80 durometer mounts incorporate a bushing nearly 3" in diameter. The largest bushing available in a rear mount of this style. The larger bushing and our proprietary polyurethane formula provide outstanding performance and durability without sacrificing comfort. Comparison testing has proven that they transfer the least amount of NVH (Noise Vibration & Harshness) to the cabin than similar mounts in their class.

The JBR 88 durometer mount utilizes a smaller 1.5" diameter bushing. The smaller, harder bushing has less deflection. This translates in to performance unsurpassed by any other mount on the market. This mount can handle anything you plan to throw at it.

If you're serious about reducing wheel hop and improving shifts, a rear motor mount is an essential modification. From the street to the strip JBR motor mounts get the job done!!

    Must have upgrade!

Posted by Unknown on Jul 9th 2018

This upgraded mount makes a world of difference in how the car feels. Shifting gears , and accelerating feel much more solid, and composed. Minimal vibration and noise increase. With how easy the install is, and the low price; this should be one of the first mods to your Ms3.

    Omg woow!!!

If you want to feel into a race car, take it soon. The vibrations are very present by I don't dislike it. The shifter, the wheels hop, etc....all is better now :).

    Great quality!

88 duro meter, does everything it's designed to do. Heavy vibes for the first 50 miles. Only issues I had was install, bolt holes was off 1/8 inch or so... slight difficulty installing. Just use a pry bar don't be a p***y.

    Amazing motor mount

Posted by Unknown on Jun 8th 2017

Bought this to replace my junky stock motor mount. Bought the 88. Very impressed with the quality. After the install i took my car out and spun my tires in 3rd gear. I was blown away. no more wheel hop either. My shifts are now super smooth and I have no more clunking while shifting with spirited driving. The vibrations were a little rough for the first 50ish miles but its no big deal. Well worth the price for what you get. You won't be disappointed.

    Great rear mount

Posted by James on Nov 17th 2016

The JBR RMM is a great mount for the price, construction is top notch and shift quality is much improved. I was worried about increased vibes and noise since it's 88 duro, but while there was an increase it was barely noticeable and well worth it for the increased performance!

    Dogbone or Go Home

The 88A durometer JBR RMM is no joke. I upgraded to this mount from the stock wet noodle of a mount that came with the car. The vibes are definitely noticeable below 2k RPM and when the A/C is on, but if you are going to complain about vibes (very little at that), then don't buy this mount. You bought a beast of a car. I bought this mount, because of torque steer, wheel hop, and mushiness that I felt from the motor. All of that was eliminated and more (#becauseracecar) by this motor mount. Either have a friend help you or get a shop to install it for you. I messed up a socket installing this, so I had a shop tap the socket and install it for me. Make sure you torque it down to 70+ ft/lb of torque as this part receives a lot of engine stress. Overall, this is a solid mount that brings your car to life and makes it easier drive. Have fun with it! I love it!

    88A Durometer

Posted by Em cri. on Dec 17th 2014

This is truly the best! I had a cpe 1st time and it was ok but i think it was kind a soft for the lunch control. .then 2nd had a SU brand for aggressive driving it was great at beginning but after about 3000 miles it got kinda soft too , so i wanted to give this one a try..so far its the toughest..hope it will last. NO wheel hops anymore. forgot to mention that the previews m mount when i head hooked up with access port tunner started to hop again..much torque added..but Not with this one so far..

    Fantastic Upgrade

Wheel hop eliminated, just the right amount of vibes (i.e my teeth aren't rattling), crisper shifts, great overall feel.

    Love the vibes!!!

Man this thing is crazy solid, power is more planted to the ground, people complain about the vibes well for me it's very livable & I'd say you just turned your car into a beast, now it growls like a Godzilla(vibration) All I can say is this mount is this way beyond expected. Livin' life in the fast lane with no wheel hop!

    Awesome!

One of the easiest aftermarket components I've ever installed. Does increase vibrations a little, but I like it. Sounds better letting off the gas too. Makes the engine more audible in the cabin.
